All returned items must be authorized before being sent back. You have 7 days to return the product with authorization. All returned items are eligible for a 15% restocking fee (it will be deducted from your credit). Please call 214-747-6682 and speak with customer service to receive an authorization number before mailing any packages back to T&C Floral Company. All returns must be in original packaging. A simple return must be in original condition (this does not include damaged claims).
What if my arrangement arrived damaged?
If your arrangement arrived damaged, you can either receive a credit for the item or a replacement. However, you will need to contact customer service to receive a call tag for the item to be returned.
Are custom items returnable?
Custom items are not eligible for return or refund. We will work with you before the arrangement is finalized to ensure the design is what you expect. After you have agreed to the design, you will be responsible for the product.
