Returns
Our product is returnable within 10 days of receiving. If after the 10 days, we will exchange only for equal amount or a credit. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned to us in the original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It has to be returned to us in a sellable condition in order for us to issue credit. If the item is returned to us, damaged, there will be an assessment of the item to determine the damages and the potential return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Custom items
Any and all customization of T&C Florals are considered custom works. Custom work is provided to and for clients at there own risk. All custom orders are final.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace or exchange any defective or damaged items. You need to start by contacting tcfloralcompany@gmail .com in order to start the process. You need to send damaged or defected item to 10939 Shady Trail, Suite 400 Dallas Texas 75220

Shipping

Customer is responsible for all costs in returns to T&C Floral Company.
