Shipping policy

At T&C Floral Company our goal is to get your arrangement to you as fast as possible! 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. We strive for all orders to be shipped out within 72 hours of placing an order. However, some arrangements may take extra special handling and care, some take an additional 2-4 days. 
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse it's new home! After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take more/less time depending on the location.
